Pumps
Polyurethane Processors manufacture complete electric submersible pumps for underground mine de-watering. We use our registered TM "BETTERPUMP" because the improvements we have made are the difference between "BETTERPUMP" and other similar pumps.
Improvements are:
- Thicker aluminium castings for stator casing and outer casing.
- Stainless steel oil housing centre insert.
- Superior grade polyurethane linings, together with proven bonding techniques.
- Heat treated chrome iron impellers minimum 650 Brinel hardness.
- Top quality mechanical seals and bearings.
- Stainless steel rotor shaft.
- Stainless steel strainer and lifting lug.
- Machined and anodised cable entry.
- Most components produced locally.
- Machining, lining and assembly in our own workshop.
- Good stock of replacement parts are held in our store for rapid supply.
